Is it a private space?
Yes, you will have your own private living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
Is there a private entrance?
Yes, you will have your own secured and private entrance with key code to enter.
Is parking available?
Yes, you will have your own driveway to park in off of the street.
How many guests do you accept?
We can accommodate up to 2 people as it’s a single bedroom. There is a long couch in the living room for multiple sleeping areas if needed. Small children and 3rd guests accepted upon request.
Is it quiet?
We are in a quiet residential neighborhood, although we are located near the 405fwy & 10fwy interchange with standard city road noise in the distance.
